Conrad Spa - Manila Bay - Philippines

I had the pleasure to experience a traditional Filipino treatment at the Conrad Spa while admiring the Manila bay right from my private Jacuzzi after a short stint in the adjunct sauna. I was literally soaking in a coconut milk bath while the therapist was scrubbing my back with Himalayan sea salts. A whole body massage using banana leaves and coconut oil, both known for their natural healing effects, completed the traditional Hilot treatment. Accompanying this was the stunning view of the Manila bay that provided a deeply relaxing environment. Simply just a perfect combo! I look forward to returning to the Conrad Spa to try the sleeping pods with oxygen concentrators, the ultimate rejuvenation therapy.
